REIMAGINING EDUCATION TO EXPAND OPPORTUNITY

Our programs help prepare young people for the real world by showing them how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, how to create jobs which make their communities more robust, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to the workplace. Students put these lessons into action and learn the value of contributing to their communities.

Junior Achievement's elementary-aged programs build foundational financial literacy, career awareness, and life skills through interactive, play-based learning that introduces them to how the real world works.

The middle school grade programs deepen students' understanding of career pathways, personal finance, and decision-making—developing the skills needed to plan for their educational and career journeys.

Our high school programs help students engage in career-connected learning experiences that help them explore in-demand careers, build workforce-ready skills, and make informed postsecondary decisions.

Layered Learning

Our program education begins in the elementary space to create a foundation of shared language and concepts that students build upon in later grades.

Experiential

Each K-12 program is intentionally designed to incorporate an immersive experience, where students “learn by doing” and apply concepts through different activities.

Inspire + Prepare

Our programs work together to inspire students via exposure to new information and opportunities, while preparing them for the next phase of life through practical skills and knowledge.
